ABOUT KENROE

Leadership problems deserve more than predetermined solutions.

Kenroe Advisory is an independent leadership performance advisory firm helping organizations understand what is actually preventing the leadership performance their business requires.

We work upstream of programs, providers, and platforms—bringing evidence, structure, and independent judgment to decisions about where leadership investment can create meaningful value.

WHY KENROE EXISTS

Organizations rarely suffer from a lack of leadership activity.

There are more leadership programs, assessments, coaches, platforms, frameworks, and providers available than ever before.

Yet organizations can still struggle to answer a more fundamental question:

What is actually preventing our leaders from performing the way the business needs them to perform?

THE COMMON RESPONSE

When leadership performance falls short, organizations often move quickly toward a solution: another program, a new provider, coaching, an assessment, or a redesigned curriculum.

Any of those may be appropriate.

But choosing the intervention before understanding the constraint creates the risk of solving the wrong problem well.

THE KENROE RESPONSE

Kenroe begins earlier.

We examine what the business requires, what leaders can demonstrably do today, and whether the environment around them enables that capability to become performance.

Only then do we determine what kind of response the evidence supports.

The objective is not to create more leadership activity. It is to help organizations make better leadership-investment decisions.

HOW WE WORK

Independent by design.

Kenroe's value depends on our ability to follow the evidence wherever it leads—even when the answer is different from the one an organization expected.

01 — EVIDENCE BEFORE PRESCRIPTION

We do not begin with a preferred intervention. Recommendations follow the evidence.

03 — PROVIDER NEUTRALITY

Kenroe does not depend on selling a particular program, platform, assessment, or provider.

02 — BUSINESS BEFORE ACTIVITY

Leadership investment should connect to what the organization actually needs leaders to make possible.

04 — NO MANUFACTURED DEPENDENCY

Our work is designed to create clarity and capability for the client—not dependence on Kenroe.

Sometimes the right recommendation is development. Sometimes it is organizational change. Sometimes it is both. And sometimes the evidence does not justify another intervention at all.

THE PERSPECTIVE BEHIND KENROE

Built from both sides of the leadership-investment decision.

Leadership development looks different when you've been responsible for both the learning and the business decision behind it.

Kenroe was shaped by experience across education, learning and development, executive education, business development, and organizational partnership.

That combination created a recurring observation: organizations often have no shortage of thoughtful programs, capable providers, or committed leaders. What they lack is an independent way to determine what the problem actually requires.

Kenroe brings those perspectives together—learning expertise, business judgment, and an understanding of how leadership investments are evaluated, selected, and expected to perform.

The question is not simply, “What should we offer leaders?” It is, “What must be true for leaders to perform?”

Candace Jackson brings experience across executive education, organizational learning, business development, and organizational partnership to her work with organizations navigating leadership-performance decisions.

Her career has placed her at the intersection of learning and business—working with organizations to understand needs, shape solutions, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and connect leadership investment to organizational priorities.

That perspective led to Kenroe: an independent advisory built to help organizations determine what the evidence supports before deciding what to build, buy, change, or stop.

The work begins with understanding what the organization actually needs leaders to make possible.
